I have personally participated in over $750k+ market value design-build projects. These roles were in design, project management, financing, and frontline foreman construction management. I have a decade of experience as a landlord in residential leasing and student housing rentals. My experience with the residential and small commercial built environment gives me a unique perspective for helping my clients solve complex real estate problems.
In addition, I have worked as part of valuation teams for eminent domain projects in multiple geographical areas supporting litigation and acquisition.
My expertise also includes IRS tax appraisals and appeals, federal and local bankruptcy, charitable donation appraisal, SBA lending, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisition, IRA transfers, trust administration, and more.
